Your responsibilities as Portuguese Customer Support Representative include:
- Monitoring the Portuguese Social Media content in order to achieve the company guidelines.
- Reporting the social media engagements within the accounts.
- Manage other administration related tasks.
- Revising the content carefully and evaluating in accordance with the relative country.
- Screen contents that may contain graphic images.
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
- Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.

- Fluent written and spoken communication skills in portuguese and English are essential.
- Affinity with online media and social networks.
