Preparation and review of expense reports and supporting detail, ensuring they follow the groups travel and living policy and are adequately supported.
Preparation of credit card statement reports and obtaining supporting detail.
Preparation of supporting detail for recharge of travel and living expenses.
Coordination with office management team to correctly codify expenses based on employee agendas .
Validation of invoices and ensuring they follow the standard operating procedures approved by the group.
Basic accounting: suppliers, banks and others.
Bank reconciliation and codification of bank movements for assigned companies.
File management: register and filing finance related documents (originals and digital).
Support to the department as requested.
Perfil del candidato
Education: University degree.
2 years' experience in a similar position.
Advanced Excel skills is a must; good Word and Power Point skills.
High English level.
Experience in A3 and Access system will be valued.
Organized, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
