Within our business expansion plan for next year we consider the possibility of expanding to the African continent, Russia, United Arab Emirates and Latin America. For this reason we are looking for A FREELANCE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER with extensive experience and contacts in the aforementioned areas. The candidate will be receiving high commission on clients that he/she will manage to acquire.
The ideal candidate is:
- An expert in any of the markets mentioned.
- Well connected and highly skilled in communication and PR.
- Has a data base of potential clients.
- Can speak several language at a professional level (Spanish/English/ French...).
- Has extensive experience in the Beauty Industry (min. 5 years).
- Highly motivated, very good at negotiating and strongly oriented to the achievement of objectives.
-Analysis of potentially interesting markets as well as identification of new opportunities / clients in the assigned geographic areas.
- Represent the company before clients, executing the company's commercial policy and strategy, taking into account cultural differences, values and the specific needs of each area.
Promote the products of the company and its image.
- Understand the company’s goal and purpose so as to enhance the company’s performance.
- Act as a link between the company and the new clients, ensuring all communication with customers is in accordance with our standards and correct in content and form.
- Monitoring of the entire sales process (from pre-sale to post-sale).
- Periodically inform the company of the commercial strategies applied and the achievement of the objectives set.
There is no monthly salary. Commissions will be generous depending on the quantity and quality of new clients. They can be negotiable between manager and company.
