We are searching for 3 German support agents to be part of our team that provides Customer Support to our clients in the iGaming industry.
The main tasks:
Help and communicate with our customers via e-mail and live chat
Providing customer support on gaming, financial, technical or any applicable issues related to the Customer Support department
Guide customers through the site and/or mobile phones and assisting them in using the various services and products offered
Work collaboratively with other team members and contribute to a good atmosphere at the office
Actively report internally to the team lead and various partners with information about the status of the various markets and customers
Previous experience in Customer Support and iGaming industry an advantage
Native in German – both verbal and written, is mandatory
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent team player, with initiative to work independently
Can work well under pressure
Flexible when it comes to working hours
Assistance in obtaining NIE and SS number

Competitive fixed salary + commissions + bonuses
40 hours per week on a shift basis, including weekends
Rotating shifts from 09:00 am - 01:00 am
