Build a multi-channel campaign to support US penetration tactics and drive our main KPIs while taking full ownership over them. You will determine how to allocate our paid media budget across all channels, you will analyze historic cost and will evaluate future opportunities. You will work with pro-forma and report deviations. You will test, perform analysis and make recommendations.

Manage paid search and social channels from strategy to execution
Develop direct response paid campaigns to acquire high value customers, including concept creation, ad development, implementation, optimization, reporting, and insights
Use A/B testing to increase CTR and CVR while lowering the customer acquisition cost and ultimately achieving a higher ROI
Collaborate with Product Management and Product Marketing teams, as well as 3rd party partners (MMP, direct publishers, DSP, etc) to improve conversions and funnel performance
Stay on top of the industry landscape, paid channel development, and the best practices of direct response campaigns
Perfil del candidato
You have 5+ years experience in high growth paid marketing B2C SaaS with a primary focus on ROAS vs Growth. You know how, what, and when to AB test.
You have a passion for testing and believe the ultimate cycle is build->test-> analyze. Strong MS Excel experience required. Experience with data analysis and SQL is a plus. Proven track record is a big big plus.
A track record of hitting user acquisition goals
Experience with performance marketing across both search and social channels
You should be familiar with AARRR, CRO, ASO, SEO, SEM and have experience working with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Adwords, Google Analytics etc..
A versatile marketing skill set, you can come up with creative concepts, write ad copy, give feedback on design, implement ads, optimize bids, analyze and report on results
Ability to both think strategically about user acquisition and a desire to roll up your sleeves and get stuff done
Strong sense of effective audience targeting and segmentation as well as compelling creative and messaging
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to solving complex business problems, experience with SQL a plus
Collaboration skills and ability to work well cross-functionally
Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements
