Our client, an international, small sized company with huge impact on an international scope, is searching for their first Head of Talent and Culture to build, grow and lead their people organization. This position will be part of the senior leadership team.

Lead recruiting efforts and build strategy on attracting, building, and retaining top-tier talent (creative and operational).
Work closely with managers to gather job requirements. Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans
Develop and manage online and offline employer marketing activities focused on building a strong employer brand. Manage external partnerships with colleges, job boards and recruiters. Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates) and collaborators ( i.e: freelances).
Prepare and review the annual recruitment budget.
Responsible for all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication).
Talent Retention and engagement:
Develop employee retention programs. Perform benchmark research on best practices. Architect the company's compensation and benefits offerings. Partner with company managers to define and identify career paths for employees, and establish performance measurements
Own the employee onboarding experience, ensuring that all employees have a strong experience in their initial months at the company.
Coach employees and act as their consultant regarding learning and development activities. Organize and oversee individual and team training programs (both outsourced and in-house).
Plan regular employee performance evaluations.
Monitor and report on turnover rates.
Culture enhancement and team bulding:
Develop and manage company culture by improving daily life for all employees and arranging regular company social events.
Help to drive and install company values within the team in daily life and through events arranged
Manage and deploy the company culture budget
Min. 3 years experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives and good understanding of a creative agency environment. Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks). Familiarity with performance management and relevant software.
Knowledge of labor legislation, benefits and strategic compensation.
Hands-on experience with Human Resources tools (e.g. Applicant Tracking Systems).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Team spirit and people management abilities, with the ability to foster long-term relationships (internal and external).
