Description
- Working together with the technical team, to find solutions and suppliers able to produce the needed materials, at the best cost, fitting quality requirements and accomplishing the supply needs in time and in full
- To ensure the accomplishment of the plans, monitoring order deliveries, supplier's performance and stock level of components
- Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
- Support Sourcing and Purchasing Manager to develop sourcing strategies, budget and KPI´s
- Proven working experience as a buyer at local and international negotiations
- Analytical and fact based
- Dynamic and committed with good communications skills and ability to listen
Profile
- Bachelor's degree; preferably in engineering or business
- Minimum of 4 years of sourcing experience with proven success in productivity improvements
- Experience in several spend categories preferred
- Bilingual Preferred - English & Spanish
- Solid analytical skills
