We are on the hunt for 3 Japanese Support agents to join our team that provides Customer Support to our clients in the iGaming industry.
The main tasks:
Assist and communicate with our customers via e-mail and live chat
Provide customer support on gaming, financial, technical or any applicable issues related to the Customer Support department
Guide customers through the site and/or mobile phones and assist them in using the various services and products offered
Work collaboratively with other team members and contribute to a good atmosphere at the office
Actively report internally to the team lead and various partners with information about status of various markets and customers
Previous experience in Customer Support and iGaming an advantage
Native in Japanese is mandatory – both verbal and written
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent team player, with initiative to work independently
Works well under pressure
Is flexible when it comes to working hours
Assistance with obtaining NIE and SS number

40 hours per week on a shift basis, including weekends
Rotating shifts from 09:00 am - 01:00 am
