Wordbee is based in Luxembourg and we develop and market Wordbee Translator, a cloud-based collaborative translation and project management platform and Wordbee Beebox, a solution for content localization. In the last 10 years, we helped Translation Service Providers and global Enterprises to successfully implement high-performance translation technology.
The candidate should follow-up with leads that have contacted Wordbee via different channels.
The new leads are persons who contact Wordbee via the website:
- and ask for a free test of the software
- register for online webinars and panel discussions
Other incoming channels can be social media, LinkedIn, conferences and events.
The ideal candidate should write a mail to these leads and eventually several mails if the person doesn’t react after the first attempts. The leads will receive a different status such as cold, warm, hot.
Each step in the process will be notified in the Trello software.
When the lead reacts on the mail and shows an interest in our products, the candidate should be able to provide basic product information and clarify the lead’s request on a Trello board. A Wordbee Sales Executive will be assigned to the lead and take the process a step further and schedule a meeting and/or a demonstration.
The candidate will prepare and distribute regularly a sales tracking report to the Sales and Marketing Director.
