Improve qualification and professional support for employees at level 1.
SW configuration management and version control.
SW installation and analysis of error messages tools platform and level two support for other factories G + D group.
Global production support, software and troubleshooting.
Using email, JIRA, Confluence for communication / problem solving among sites of group administration and maintenance of the Master of HSM for initialization of modules HSM preparation the necessary modules for data encryption.
Support purchases of machinery FAT / SAT.
Profile for position:
fluent English (interview will be conducted in English).
Engineer / Degree in Computer Science or similar.
Installing MS operating systems, including servers.
Active Directory management.
MS management policies.
SAP or ERP .
Willingness to travel 1-2 weeks every two months. (minimum)
Focused on change management and incidents.
