We are looking for a Support Analyst to support the regional CRM team (Salesforce) and functional users. It will be take on level 2 support for the CRM platform.

- Customer Service Tasks; Resolve complex problems and implement solutions within the CRM platform;
- Answering phone calls and resolve problems;
- Provide Service Desk coverage during business hours for customers reporting incidents;
- Ensure meticulous call logging of all incoming calls (Service Desk mailbox, Service Desk counter and Service Desk hotline) and perform regular quality control checks on call logging;
- Ensure regular customer communication and service delivery;
- Escalate problems to other ITS sections according to procedures;

Perfil del candidato
We're looking for IT Support Analysts with experience in any IT field for English customers (Internal or External). A technological degree and hands on experience on system applications and support. CRM (Salesforce) knowledge is desirable.
