Technical Writer & Content Specialist
(bilingual French and English)
Reporting to the Product Marketing Director, the Technical Writer & Content Specialist will be part of a cross-functional team in charge of generating, maintaining and communicating our client products’ content to both internal and external stakeholders.
Working within the company’s Product department, the Technical Writer & Content Specialist will be responsible to:
- Contribute to content creation efforts for internal documentation, marketing collaterals and sales proposals (50%).
- Lead localization projects for user documentation, marketing assets and software user interfaces (50%).
- Work closely with UX, Product Management, Marketing, Legal and Presales to define the best content creation and localization strategies.
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, content creation and localization.
- Experience in software or tech companies is a plus.
- Native level of French and English. Spanish is a plus.
- Accountable, takes ownership in a proactive manner.
- Exceptional attention to detail, even under tight deadlines.
- Hands-on, knows how and when to execute.
- Cross-functional, capable of adopting new hats quickly.
- Excellent communicator, can tailor message to audience.
- Team player, always willing to help others.
- Efficient, capable of producing high-quality content fast.
