Wear Inside Sales Support/Data Management

As part of the EMEA Customer Service team you will be highly motivated to deliver functionally excellent customer service for our Wear Products Division.
- In this role you will be responsible for order entry, order confirmation, returns and reclamation.
- You will have to update and maintain data in the CRM system.
- You will also keep up to date the Web Store Locator.
- Minimum 3 years experience in operations, logistics, planning, manufacturing, sales or equivalent.
- Fluent in English. Additional European languages are very welcome.
- Good system and process skills (including Excel, Lotus Notes, ERP, Sales Force...).
- Excellent communication skills and detail orientation.
- Takes initiative to solve problems/improve processes.
- Ability to multi-task and manage changing problems in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure.
